The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Gourny

Gourny lets you capture real product screens directly from your browser into a shared customer journey. Instead of rebuilding flows from memory or explaining what’s live in meetings, start from what actually exists. Capture the current page, send it to Gourny, and place it into a visual journey where teams can understand flows, context, and system behavior together. Works on staging and production environments. Requires a Gourny account. Currently live in limited beta.
