The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Gmail Right Side Chat Re-Enabler

This extension is an adaptation of some userscripts that restore Gmail's "Right Side Chat" layout for anyone who misses it, and perhaps despises the new layout with that unnecessary sidebar column to select Chat vs Email. This also allows your apps rail to be horizontal instead of vertical so you can see it better. This version makes the app rail into a drag and organize box/grid with the apps opening in chat type modules so you can have more than one open at a time, including the full screen Meet applet, which now has a throwback Hangouts icon.
