The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Gmail Receipt Tracker — Expenses & Invoices
ReceiptStash is a Gmail receipt tracker and expense tracker for freelancers and small shops who already keep receipts in Gmail.
Open any receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. Click Save as receipt. ReceiptStash reads the open thread in your browser and fills in merchant, date, amount, tax, and order id. Edit anything it missed, then keep a running ledger beside Gmail.
This is a gmail receipts and gmail invoices tool — not an email open tracker.
How it works
1. Install and reload Gmail.
2. Open a receipt email.
3. Click Save as receipt and confirm the fields.
4. Open the toolbar icon for your ledger, monthly totals, and CSV export.
5. Use Find receipts to jump to likely receipt mail with Gmail’s own search.
Free
- 15 saves per calendar month
- Local ledger on this computer
- CSV export of saved rows
Pro — $7/month or $59/year
- Unlimited gmail receipts
- Tax-year CSV (date, merchant, amount, tax, category, order id, source)
- Copy into Google Sheets
Privacy
Receipts stay in chrome.storage.local unless you export them. The extension does not use the Gmail API and does not scan your inbox in the background. A Pro license key is validated with Polar. Paid unlimited use is optional; the free tier works without an account.
ReceiptStash is not affiliated with Google. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.
