The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Glued URL

How it works: When you are on a page you need to return to later, right-click and choose "Glued URL" -> "Copy URL". Even after multiple redirects, signing in via SSO, or scripts wiping your tab's history, you can simply right-click and choose "Glued URL" -> "Restore URL" to instantly reload your saved page.
