The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Global Skip/Rewind Hotkey

Global Skip & Rewind Hotkeys For YouTube (and more) Make sure to set your hotkeys for skipping and rewinding and don't forget to set them to GLOBAL. This is an extension I made for my brother to be able to rewind videos on another monitor while he was taking notes without tabbing out and interrupting his note taking.
