The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About GitHub Always Open in New Tab

Have you ever been on github and clicked a link and it takes you away from github in that tab? Me too. Its annoying. This extension will open those links in a new tab. Only external links will open in a new tab. Github links will stay in the same window.
