GetHired.work — Cover Letter Generator

GetHired.work is a productivity tool designed to help job seekers automate the most time-consuming part of the application process: writing cover letters. By using a sidebar interface, the extension allows you to generate tailored documents directly while you browse job listings on platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed. The tool analyzes the specific requirements of a job description and aligns them with your professional background. This ensures that every letter you send is relevant to the position and highlights the skills the employer is looking for. Main functionality: The extension opens as a side panel so you can keep the job description in view while working. You can choose between standard prose or a more modern bulleted format depending on the company culture. Resume tailoring: In addition to cover letters, the extension can help create a focused version of your resume that emphasizes the experience most relevant to a specific role. Workflow: Once you have the extension open, you simply paste the text of the job description into the provided field. The system processes the information and provides a draft that you can then review and edit. All documents are synced with your GetHired.work account for easy access later. This extension is built to remove the repetitive manual work from your job search, allowing you to apply to more positions with higher quality materials in less time.
