GBP Insight

GBP Insight is an on-screen inspector for the Google Maps™ listing or local results page you are already looking at. Open a business profile on Google Maps and the panel docks beside it, laying out what the page already contains in a form you can actually read. Run a search and the panel summarizes the results page as a whole, so you can benchmark your own profile's categories and ratings against the businesses ranking around it. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO GBP Insight is an inspector, not a data-collection tool. • No export. No CSV, no PDF, no JSON, no downloads. There is no download permission in the package. • It issues no requests of its own to Google. It reads only what Google's own page already delivered to your browser, and never initiates, blocks, or replays a request. • No Google Maps content leaves your device. Nothing is sent to our servers except a single scan-type label used to count usage against your plan. • No third-party content is reproduced. Review text, Google Post bodies, and search-result descriptions are not extracted or displayed — you are linked to the source instead. • Nothing is written to persistent storage but your own sign-in session.
