GachAha! — new tab surprise machine

GachAha! replaces the Chrome new-tab page with a small 3D gachapon for intentional creative discovery. Once a day, choose what feels closest: - Tired → a gentle Lift: warm, beautiful, low-effort references - Numb → a small Spark: curious, strange, unexpected connections - Motivated → a creative Challenge: a clear exercise for 5–20 minutes Turn the crank for up to two curated capsules that day. Unused turns do not accumulate, and there is no wallet, streak pressure, purchase, or way to earn more turns. Each capsule may contain music, poetry, art, film, reading, design, culture, or a creative prompt. You can keep favourites locally and share a direct link. What it does: - opens as the Chrome new-tab page; - renders an interactive procedural 3D capsule machine; - asks for one self-selected content route per day; - allows the route to be changed before the second turn; - enforces two daily turns through the backend; - keeps saved capsules in the browser; - respects reduced-motion preferences and keyboard navigation. What it does not do: - read browsing or search history; - inspect open tabs or websites; - replace the search engine; - inject scripts into visited pages; - show ads, sell data, or offer purchases; - diagnose mood or provide medical advice. GachAha! uses Supabase only for anonymous authentication, the reviewed content pool, the daily limit, and aggregate curator analytics. When the backend is offline, cached content can still render but turns remain locked.
