The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Full Viewport Video Player

This is a work in progress. It does not support all websites. It supports a few specific ones right now (like YouTube), and many generic sites with default video players. Websites with complex video players need to be manually supported since they are not generalized. https://github.com/mikeyaworski/Full-Viewport-Video-Player
