FrontFoot

When a customer pushes for a contract exception, CSMs face a familiar trap: they don't know what they're authorised to approve, so they escalate. That escalation can spin for weeks, leaving the customer frustrated and the CSM stuck in the middle. FrontFoot gives CSMs a confident, grounded reply in seconds. Paste the customer's message, add your context, and FrontFoot drafts a response that reflects your T&C boundaries, your commercial give-to-gets, and your company's tone of voice. No guessing. No waiting for manager sign-off on decisions that should never have needed it. The Chrome extension brings FrontFoot directly into your inbox. Open an email, generate a draft in the sidebar, and insert it into your reply without leaving Gmail. FrontFoot is configured by your team with your contracts, your policies, and your voice. Every reply is reviewed and sent by a named CSM. Fast answers. Fewer escalations. Cleaner outcomes for both sides.
