The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About FreshForm
Detailed description
Build a real Google Form from a spreadsheet — in one click.
FreshForm reads your .xlsx, .xls or .csv and builds the questions directly in the Google Forms editor you already have open. No Google sign-in, no OAuth scopes, no third-party servers — it just drives the editor the same way you would, only faster.
Every question type
Short answer, Paragraph, Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Drop-down
Linear scale, Rating, Multiple-choice grid, Tick-box grid
Date, Time, File upload, and Section breaks
Common types are detected straight from your columns. For the rest, add a small tag to the header cell and FreshForm removes it from the finished question title:
Choose one [radio: A; B; C]
Skills [checkbox: Java; Python; SQL]
Recommend? [scale: 1-5: Not likely: Very likely]
Overall [rating: 5: star]
Availability [mcgrid: rows=Mon;Tue | cols=AM;PM]
Resume [file] · Part B [section]
Real response validation — kept out of your question titles The Google Forms API can't set text/number validation. FreshForm can: import an Excel data-validation rule (number range, length, regex) and it becomes an enforced rule on the question, complete with your custom Excel error message — while the question title stays clean (CGPA, not CGPA (1 to 10)), so your responses sheet header stays clean too.
Everything in one panel Import a spreadsheet and/or add questions by hand. Tick exactly which questions to build, change any type, edit titles and options, and toggle Required — then apply your form settings in the same build: collect email addresses, send responders a copy, allow response editing, limit to one response, make it a quiz, show a progress bar, and shuffle order. Set a deadline (date and time) that auto-publishes the form and sets Google's native close date so it truly stops accepting responses, and generate a pre-filled link with default answers to share.
Required fields, options and sections are set automatically. Every step fails soft — one tricky question never aborts the whole build.
Private by design Your spreadsheet is parsed locally, in your browser. FreshForm sends nothing anywhere, stores no personal data, and only runs on Google Forms pages.
