How to Export Your Facebook Data Frenometer includes a built-in export guide — just click the Get your Facebook export button and it opens the right Facebook page for you. Then follow these steps: 1. Choose your profile and click Export to Device. 2. Tap Customize information and select only Comments & Reactions and Friends. 3. Set Date range to Last year (or All time). 4. Set Format to JSON — Frenometer cannot read HTML exports. 5. Set Media quality to Low. 6. Click Save. Once Facebook emails you the download link, grab the ZIP. 7. Drop the ZIP into Frenometer — your results appear instantly. Privacy & Security Frenometer never asks for your Facebook password and has no access to your live account. It only reads the specific JSON files inside your export ZIP, and your data is never uploaded to any server.
