Frame.

Frame is no longer just an ad blocker. It's a web-wide art hunting and collecting game. Transform ad slots into a window to the world's greatest art collections. Instead of blank spaces or intrusive banners, discover, collect, and trade masterpieces from the Art Institute of Chicago, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Victoria & Albert Museum. ➤ Core features: - The Hunt & Collect (New): Blocked ad spaces are replaced by public domain artworks. Hunt them down across the web and click "COLLECT" to add them to your personal inventory. But be quick, you can only collect each ad once! - Dynamic Rarity System (New): Every masterpiece is assigned a Rarity Tier—from Common and Rare up to Legendary Rare and Priceless—based on the artist's historical prestige. - Gallery Inventory & Trading Economy (New): Your saved artworks now stack in your "My Collection" gallery. Keep your favorites or SELL your duplicates to earn virtual Florins (ƒ). The sale price depends entirely on the artwork's rarity. - Gach'Art Booster Packs (New): Spend your hard-earned Florins (250 ƒ) in the Gach'Art store to open virtual booster packs! Experience a thrilling reveal animation and uncover 5 random artworks to instantly expand your collection. Will you pull a Priceless masterpiece? - Complete ad blocking: Say goodbye to pop-ups, banners, and video ads. Frame. works on YouTube, and thousands of other websites to give you a cleaner browsing experience. - Immersive New Tab (Updated): Transform your new tab page into a beautiful exhibition with an integrated Google search bar, your favorite shortcuts, and high-resolution artworks that you can also collect directly. - Minimalist "Swiss Design": Enjoy a brutalist and clean interface, designed with Helvetica typography and strict lines, worthy of a true contemporary art gallery label. - Rich artwork info & Exploration: Hover over any artwork to reveal its title, artist, date, medium, and provenance. Click any artwork to open its official museum page and learn its history. - Per-site control: Enable or disable Frame. on any website with a single click directly from the popup, no need to dig through settings. ➤ A living, ever-growing collection: Frame. pulls from major open-access museum collections. ➤ Performance and Security: - Performance you can feel: Frame. uses a two-wave loading system and a 24-hour local cache, so artworks appear within 2–3 seconds on your very first visit and instantly on every page after that. - Enhanced security: Reduce your exposure to malicious ads carrying malware, scams and phishing attempts that put your device and personal data at risk. ➤ Privacy & Transparency: Zero data collection: Your browsing history, inventory, and wallet balance never leave your device. Privacy is non-negotiable. No data is ever sent to external servers. Frame. also blocks third-party trackers, making it significantly harder for advertisers to follow your browsing behavior across the web. Permissions justification: - <all_urls>: Essential to allow the script to detect ad slots on the pages you visit in order to inject the artwork. The extension does not read your personal data. - declarativeNetRequest: Used exclusively to intercept and block requests to ad servers at the source, ensuring faster page loading. - storage: Used to securely save your virtual wallet (Florins), your Gacha history, and your art collection locally on your machine. - topSites: Allows the display of your most visited shortcuts on your custom New Tab page. ➤ About Frame. : We believe the web should be both ad-free and fun. Frame. gives you full control over your browsing experience while turning wasted ad space into a thrilling cultural treasure hunt. Install Frame., build your ultimate collection, and let the world's greatest museums come to you.
