Fr8bot Visibility

Fr8bot Visibility turns the carrier tracking pages you already visit into one-click shipment milestones — no copy-paste, no re-keying. Built for freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics teams who live in carrier portals. WHAT IT DOES • Detects shipments across major ocean and air carriers and reads their milestones (gate-in, loaded, departed, transshipment, discharged, delivered) straight from the carrier page • Copies the milestones as an email-ready table in one click — paste into Outlook or Gmail • Pull in the background while you keep working, or from a dockable side panel — you're only pinged if a carrier needs you to solve a CAPTCHA • Learns new carriers as the community uses it ("Teach Fr8bot"), including pages behind logins or CAPTCHAs — coverage grows the more it's used • On Fr8Labs, it auto-detects the shipment you're viewing and pulls that carrier's latest milestones for review and copy — no BL re-keying WHY IT EXISTS Freight teams lose hours every week copy-pasting milestones from carrier portals into their TMS or spreadsheets. Fr8bot reads the same pages you already open, normalises milestone names across carriers, and hands that time back to your ops team. PRIVACY Your carrier logins stay in your browser. When you pull a shipment, Fr8bot sends that carrier page to Fr8Labs to read your milestones and to improve the carrier's page-layout recipe for everyone — it never shares your shipment data with other forwarders, and never sells it.
