Tired of typing your name, email, phone and address into every form? Save them once in Formalist, and fill any form with a click. HOW IT WORKS Open a page with a form. Formalist finds the fields it can fill and shows a small Fill badge inside each one. Click Fill in the popup to fill them all at once, or click a badge to choose what goes in that one field. You choose which fields to fill, and Undo puts everything back. Formalist never submits a form for you. YOUR ANSWERS, YOUR WAY • 18 ready-made fields: name, email, phone, address, city, postal code, country, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio, date of birth, cover letter and more. • Add your own fields: text, long text, email, phone, links, dates, choices and yes or no. • Keep up to five values per field, for example a work and a personal email, and pick the default. • Profiles: keep separate sets of answers, for example for yourself and for your business, and switch in one click. WORKS WITH REAL FORMS Formalist fills dropdowns, radio buttons, date fields, search-style dropdowns and phone number boxes with a country picker, not just plain text boxes. When a site labels a box in an unusual way, point it to the right field once, and Formalist remembers it for that site. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything stays on your device, in your browser's local storage. • No account, no servers, no tracking, no ads. • Formalist makes no network requests at all. • Password fields are always skipped. • Turn Formalist off everywhere, or only on the sites you choose.
