The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Form Ready: Form Filler & Test Data
Form Ready is a form filler for developers, QA testers and agencies: one click puts realistic test data into the page you are working on, then shows exactly what it wrote, what it left alone and what the page rejected. Stop typing "asdf" and test@test.com into the same sign-up, checkout and contact pages many times a day.
Four scenarios, one click:
- Valid data: every field gets fake data that should pass
- Required left empty: required fields cleared, the rest completed
- Format errors: malformed emails and URLs, wrong steps and patterns
- Just outside limits: boundary values one step past min, max and length limits
The last three are the edge cases that catch validation bugs.
Built for real pages. In React (including React Hook Form, Formik, and the text, number, checkbox and radio fields of Material UI and Ant Design) and in Vue, the app's own state updates, not only what you see. Custom dropdowns, date pickers and styled checkboxes (such as shadcn/ui) are reported rather than guessed. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, strong passwords, dropdowns and checkboxes get sensible dummy data, guided by each field's autocomplete hints and labels, including labels in Bulgarian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Russian and Turkish. Dates follow the order a field asks for, phone numbers fit the field, and postcodes follow the pattern a page declares.
Safe by design:
- Never submits and never clicks a button, and leaves alone the language switchers, jump menus and postback controls that would make a page reload
- Keeps what you already typed, unless you switch on Overwrite existing values
- Undo puts the fields back the way they were before the run (a radio button it chose stays chosen until you reload the page)
- Leaves marketing and newsletter choices as the page set them
- Skips payment card fields, file uploads, CAPTCHAs and hidden spam-trap fields
- Stays on what you are testing: the site's search box, sort and cart controls are left untouched
- Works only inside the open dialog when a modal is on top
Your own values: save your email, name, username, password, phone and company once, and they are used whenever a run should pass. Put {n} in your email, as in qa+{n}@yourcompany.com, and every run gives you a fresh address for sign-up tests.
Reproducible runs: every run has a seed, Repeat brings back the same mock data, and Copy summary gives you a plain-text record for your bug report. Alt+Shift+F runs the valid scenario without opening the popup.
Private: everything runs in your browser. Form Ready reads only the page you use it on, sends nothing anywhere and needs no account.
Form Ready is a testing aid. Use it on forms you are allowed to test, not to submit fake information to services you do not own.
