About Focus Reminder

Focus Reminder helps users stay aware of time spent on distracting websites like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. Each time you enter a selected website, you can optionally set a session timer. When the time ends, Focus Reminder gently reminds you to return to your goals with a soft countdown before closing the tab. The extension is designed to reduce mindless scrolling without using aggressive blocking or punishment. It creates a small moment of awareness that helps users stay focused and intentional online. Features: * Choose which websites to monitor * Optional timer for every session * Gentle focus reminder overlay * Automatic tab closing after countdown * Daily usage summaries
