Flowblock — Focus Blocker & Pomodoro

Block the distractions. Only when you need it. Flowblock pairs a Pomodoro timer with a site blocker that knows the difference between working and not working. Start a focus session and your distracting sites are blocked. Take a break and they're back. No guilt, no permanent bans, no willpower required. How it works Add the sites that derail you (Reddit, X, YouTube — whatever yours are) Hit Start focus Work. Those sites are blocked until the timer ends Break time — everything unblocks automatically Why people like it • Blocking is tied to sessions, not schedules — you're never locked out when you actually need a site • The toolbar icon counts down, so you always know how long is left • Daily stats: minutes focused and sessions completed • Classic Pomodoro rhythm (25/5, long break every 4th) — all adjustable • Strict mode stops you quitting a session early, for when willpower needs help Private by design Everything stays in your browser. No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no servers. We can't see your blocklist because it never leaves your device. Light on permissions Flowblock doesn't ask to read your browsing data. Site blocking uses Chrome's built-in rules engine, so it never sees the pages you visit. Free: blocklist, Pomodoro timer, daily stats.
