FlipTab turns your Chrome tab workflow into a command center organized around work contexts. Use Spaces to separate the tabs needed for different situations, while keeping open tabs, saved resources, and work notes together in one view. Manage large numbers of tabs and switch between them quickly. Main features • Spaces: Separate tabs and resources by project or context, bringing the tabs, frequently used websites, and work notes you need into one place. • Tab organization: Create tab groups and categories, use list, thumbnail card, or board views, and synchronize with native Chrome tab groups where supported. Expand or collapse groups and manage tabs in the view that fits your workflow. • Resources and tools: Save frequently used pages, organize them into sections, open your regular websites quickly, and launch useful tools from any tab with the optional in-page launcher. • Work notes and Pomodoro timer: Record current work, context, and next steps in each Space, with an optional 25-minute timer that can be turned off. • Google Calendar (Pro): Display calendar sources, upcoming events, event details, and meeting links in timeline and week views. A meeting reminder button helps you join quickly and move into your next work context. • Backup and appearance: Manually export and restore FlipTab data, and adjust light or dark mode, scene backgrounds, and transparency. Free and Pro FlipTab is free to install and use. Free includes up to 2 custom Spaces, 1 tab group and 1 category per Space, plus work notes, the Pomodoro timer, saved resources, general tab actions, and manual backup and restore—enough for everyday work organization. FlipTab Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. Pro includes unlimited custom Spaces, tab groups, and categories, plus read-only Google Calendar information sync, custom panel visibility and names, and tab restoration after closing a Space. Purchases are processed through Polar's secure checkout. Activate Pro with the License Key provided after purchase on up to 3 devices. No FlipTab account is required. Data and permissions FlipTab stores workspaces, resources, settings, and license state locally in Chrome by default. Google Calendar requests read-only access to the calendar list, calendar metadata, and events. FlipTab cannot create, edit, or delete Google events, and event data is cached only for the current Chrome session. The in-page launcher and tab thumbnails use optional website access. FlipTab explains the purpose and requests Chrome permission only when you choose to enable those features; other features remain available if you decline. Payments are handled by Polar, and FlipTab does not receive or store payment card details. You can disconnect Google Calendar, deactivate a device license, or turn off the optional in-page launcher at any time.
