FlexCal is an AI scheduling assistant for Google Calendar. It turns your to-do list into real calendar events, placed around your meetings and moved automatically when your day changes. Type a task like "Write report #work p1 by Friday for 2h" and FlexCal finds the best free slot inside your working hours, before the deadline, never on top of a meeting. When a new meeting lands on your work block, FlexCal notices and quietly moves the block somewhere better. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in with Google and set your working hours. 2. Add tasks and habits with natural language quick add. 3. Watch them appear on your calendar within seconds. FEATURES • Smart placement: tasks are packed by priority and deadline using a constraint solver. • Auto-reschedule: your calendar is synced every 15 minutes and the plan is re-solved around changes. • Habits: "Run 3 times a week, mornings" gets its own recurring blocks, even outside working hours. • Projects, labels, sub-tasks and Todoist-style priorities (p1 to p4). • Work and personal time windows, so errands land in the evening and deep work in the day. • Pin a block to lock it in place. Move an event in Google Calendar and FlexCal treats it as fixed. • Buffer time between blocks and after meetings. • Overdue tasks are rescheduled as soon as possible and clearly flagged, never dropped. • Morning digest notification with what is on today and what is at risk. • Stats dashboard: task hours vs meetings vs habits, day by day. • Light, dark and system themes.
