FixTab

FixTab keeps the tabs you always pin — mail, calendar, chat, music — one click away. SAVE Pin your tabs, open FixTab and press "Save this window's pinned tabs". That set becomes your group. RESTORE Press "Restore pinned tabs" or use Alt+Shift+P. Missing tabs open pinned, loose tabs that are already open get pinned, the ones already there are left alone, and everything goes back to your saved order. Nothing is ever duplicated. PIN FROM FIXTAB One button pins the tab you are on and adds it to your group. You can do the same for any other open tab from the list, from the right-click menu, or with Alt+Shift+F. If you pinned tabs by hand, FixTab tells you they are not in the group yet and adds them with one click. AT STARTUP With "Load when the browser starts" on (the default), FixTab restores your group when the browser opens. That includes when the browser kept running in the background and you just open a new window. Turn it off to restore only when you ask. SMART ABOUT DUPLICATES • Remembers where each page redirects (gmail.com → mail.google.com/…) and recognizes it either way. • Waits for the browser to finish restoring your previous session before doing anything. • Reuses tabs that are already open instead of opening them again. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no analytics, no network requests. Your group is kept in your browser's own storage and synced by your browser if you have sync on. Available in English and Spanish.
