FastForward for Practice Fusion

FastForward saves you clicks and time when charting in Practice Fusion. Set up a visit type once — its diagnoses, SOAP templates, care plan and quality-of-care answers — and apply it to a new note in a single click. It opens in Chrome's side panel next to the chart, so you never leave the note you're working on. WHAT IT DOES • Set encounter — fills in an unsigned SOAP note from one of your encounter types: SOAP templates, diagnoses (entered as acute or chronic, with start and stop dates), care plan and quality-of-care answers. Then it saves the note. • Copy Previous Encounter — brings forward the sections you choose from one of the patient's earlier notes: chief complaint, diagnoses, subjective, objective, assessment, plan, care plan and quality of care. Copied text is added below what's already there, or replaces it if you prefer. • Your own encounter types — build as many as you need, for strep throat, back pain, weight-loss follow-ups and so on. Search ICD-10 codes by name or code as you type, choose templates, set how long diagnoses run, and write a care plan for each type, or use the standard one. • Ready to start — comes with a set of common encounter types you can use as they are or edit. • Save and import — keep a backup of your encounter types in a file, and bring it back or share it with a colleague. BUILT FOR CLINICAL WORK • Safe by design: FastForward only writes into a new or unsigned SOAP note. On a signed note, or anything else, it refuses and tells you why. • Your patients' information stays in your browser. FastForward reads and writes the note directly in Practice Fusion; chart content never reaches our servers. • Your encounter types follow you between computers, and they are encrypted on your computer, with a key made from your password, before they are stored. We can't read them. • If a save can't reach our server, your changes are kept on your computer and sent automatically as soon as it can. HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Subscribe at fastforwardclicker.com. Every subscription starts with a free trial. 2. Set your FastForward password from the email you receive. 3.
