Fastflo

Fastflo brings your candidate conversations into the ATS you already work in. When you open a candidate who applied through Fastflo, a Fastflo button appears. One click opens their full Fastflo profile beside the ATS page: the answers they gave, your team's internal comments, and the WhatsApp or Apple Messages conversation — where you can reply without switching tabs. On a Workday job requisition, the button shows the Fastflo positions imported from it, so you can copy an apply link on the spot, or imports the requisition as a new Fastflo position. Anywhere in Workday, the button shows how many of your candidates have new activity and opens your Fastflo inbox. Picking someone takes you to their Workday page, with their Fastflo conversation open beside it. On Indeed's employer site, the button lists your Fastflo positions, so you can copy an apply link into the job you are posting. Candidates who did not apply through Fastflo are not shown, and nothing on the page is ever modified. This extension requires a Fastflo account. It is intended for recruiters at organizations that use Fastflo. Supported today: BambooHR and Workday, and Indeed for posting jobs. More are being added.
