FACIL’iti Talents

FACIL'iti Talents: reading comfort tailored to you, at the office and on the move. Take back control of your digital content. Adapt your working environment to your own needs and gain in independence, comfort and efficiency. ----- 🌟 AN EXPERIENCE SHAPED AROUND YOUR NEEDS FACIL'iti Talents dynamically adapts how your websites, business tools and online documents are displayed. Whether you are compensating for a lasting condition or simply easing eye strain at the end of the day, personalize your browsing in a few clicks — without ever altering the original site. ----- 💬 ASSISTED SETUP: SAY IT IN YOUR OWN WORDS You don't need to know the name of a setting to benefit from it. Describe what you need in your own words, "the lines are too tight", "I keep losing my place", and Assisted Setup suggests the matching adaptations. You stay in control from start to finish: every suggestion can be previewed, adjusted or declined in a single click. A well-tuned profile in seconds, without going through every menu. Transparency: Assisted Setup relies on an artificial intelligence system. In line with the European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), you are informed of this before any use, along with what is sent and what is not. Only the text of your request is sent (see the Security and privacy section). ----- 🛠 YOUR ADAPTATION FEATURES The extension gives you complete freedom to configure your interface: 👁 Effortless viewing: clarity, precision and visual comfort - Adapt your text: change character size, choose suitable fonts and adjust letter, word and line spacing for smooth reading. - Optimize your contrast: make content easier to see, effortlessly. - Color filters: benefit from settings tailored to the different forms of color blindness (protanopia, deuteranopia, tritanopia). - Protect your eyes: switch on night mode or filter blue light for lasting visual comfort, from morning until the end of the day. 🧠 Read and stay focused: decoding and orientation - Letter coloring for easier reading: tell frequently confused characters apart in a single step (b/d, p/q, m/n and more). Start from a preset or build your own color palette. - Visual focus: enjoy a customized cursor and visual guidance so you never lose your place. ----- 📖 IMMERSIVE READING MODE: TOTAL FOCUS Work through long texts more efficiently. Our "Reading Mode" extracts the main content of a page and presents it in a clean environment, free of visual distractions (complex menus, advertising). Instant adaptation: apply your preferred settings (font, size, colors) within this simplified interface, for reading as comfortable as an e-book. Built-in translation: faced with content written in a language you are less comfortable with, Reading Mode offers to translate it without leaving your page. Concrete support in multilingual working environments, and for colleagues whose first language is not the one on screen. The offer can always be declined in one click, and translation is performed by the artificial intelligence built into your browser: no page content ever leaves it. ----- 📈 A STRATEGIC LEVER FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION (HR / CSR) FACIL'iti Talents is not just a technical tool, it is a strong commitment to your company culture: - Performance and productivity: reduce your teams' cognitive fatigue to improve their focus and day-to-day effectiveness. - Quality of working life: give all your employees a healthy, calm digital environment, without singling anyone out. - Immediate adoption: thanks to Assisted Setup, your employees find their own configuration with no prior training and no one-to-one support. - Employer brand & inclusion: assert your CSR values by making your working tools (intranet, SaaS, business applications) accessible to everyone, helping you attract and retain talent. ----- 🌍 A SOLUTION FOR EVERY SITUATION: AT THE DESK AND ON THE MOVE - This extension is the essential companion to the FACIL'iti Talents mobile app. While the extension optimizes your reading comfort at your desk, the app supports employees on the move for genuinely mobile use. - With the mobile app, you can capture and instantly transform any kind of physical or digital content (photos of documents, PDFs, shared files) directly on your smartphone or tablet. Together, these two modules deliver an inclusive, intelligent and personalized experience, anywhere and at any time. ----- 🔒 SECURITY AND PRIVACY: PEACE OF MIND FOR YOUR IT DEPARTMENT Deploy the solution with confidence, thanks to an architecture designed for enterprise security: - No browsing data collected: the extension transmits no visited URL, no page content and no keystrokes (passwords, forms). - Local processing: all adaptations are performed locally on the user's device. Your preferences are stored there: they are neither sent to FACIL'iti nor synced through a third-party account. - Assisted Setup: an AI system hosted in the European Union, identified as such to the user before any use, in accordance with Article 50 of the European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act. Only the text of the request is sent to it, with no identifier of any kind: it is not stored, not logged and not used to train the model. No page content and no URL accompanies it. - Dictation: if you choose to dictate your request, your voice is converted to text by your browser's speech recognition service (Google on Chrome, Microsoft on Edge), under that service's own terms. FACIL'iti receives only the text, never your voice. Typing your request always remains possible. - Translation: it relies on the artificial intelligence built into the browser and runs inside it. No page content leaves the device. - You keep the initiative: assisted features never trigger on their own, and nothing is sent without an action on your part. You remain free, at any time, to stop using them and set your preferences manually. - AI governance in your IT department's hands: Assisted Setup (including dictation) and Reading Mode translation…
