The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Extension Disabler for Localhost and websites

This is a tool to help manage and disable extensions for specific websites. Really helpful for disabling password managers or language learning tools. I personally use it for disabling them while developing websites. Useful for disabling apps that bother with popups in important websites.
