🚀 ONE-CLICK GOOGLE CHAT STATUS, CALENDAR SYNC & REMINDERS Change your Google Chat status in one click, keep it accurate during meetings, automate routine status changes, and never miss an important reminder. ⚡ ONE-CLICK STATUS • Set your status to Active, Away, or Busy (Do not disturb) from the toolbar, keyboard shortcut, right-click menu, or Quick Status Bar inside Gmail and Google Chat. • Clear your current status note instantly when switching to Active. • Works instantly, even when Gmail or Google Chat is running in a background tab. 🎯 STATUS PRESETS • Save reusable status presets with an emoji, note, and duration, such as "🍽️ Out for lunch for 1 hour". • Optionally show the return time in the note, e.g. "Out for lunch · until 2:30 PM". • Automatically set Google Chat's "Clear status after" time to match the preset duration. • Restore your previous status automatically when the preset ends. • Start a preset later or schedule it for your next workday. • Choose your workdays and automatically skip weekends. 🎨 QUICK STATUS BAR • Small status buttons right next to your status in Gmail and Chat; your current status is highlighted. • Four designs (Solid, Frosted, Liquid glass, Minimal), light or dark tint or any color you pick, icons or labels. • Collapsible: fold the bar down to one button to save space; pick any color for it. • Today's agenda button with its own place and an optional daily reminder (e.g. 8:00 AM on weekdays) and a pulsing dot until you've looked. 📅 GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC Automatically keep your Google Chat status aligned with your calendar schedule. • Sign in with your Google Account, or paste an iCal link from Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, iCloud or another calendar app. • During meetings you're set to Busy with "In a meeting · until 3:30 PM", and it ends when the meeting ends. Meeting over early? Set yourself Active (here or in Chat's own menu) and you show as "🟢 Available" until it ends. • Declined meetings are always skipped; all-day and "Free" events can be skipped too.
