The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Export saved links

I find a lot of useful content on Facebook and their Save button is very convenient for reading links later. Use this extension to export your links to a list of URLs separated by spaces. Use it in combination with "Links to Bookmarks" to save them to your browser's bookmarks or "Batch Save Pocket" to export your links to your Pocket reading list.
