Export Followers

Request the file with your Instagram followers and the people you follow, and download it when it's ready, all in a few clicks. Instagram lets you download these lists through "Download your information", but it takes many steps: choosing the account, selecting the right information, changing the format, setting the date range and coming back later to download. This extension makes the request for you, with the right options already selected. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click "Request file". 2. Wait for Instagram's email saying the file is ready. It usually takes a few minutes. 3. Open the extension and click "Download file". WHAT'S IN THE FILE • Only followers and following, with no photos, videos or messages, so the file stays small and downloads quickly. • JSON format, the one used by tools that read your lists. • Full date range, since the account was created, so nobody is left out. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • The request goes straight to Instagram, using your own session. No data is sent to our servers. • The extension never asks for your password. If Instagram asks you to confirm it, you type it on Instagram's own page. • The file downloads directly from Instagram to your device. GOOD TO KNOW • You need to be logged in to Instagram in this browser. • For security, Instagram may ask for your password before the download. • Instagram keeps the file available for 4 days.
