EverAttach for ChatGPT

ChatGPT uploads run out? Keep sharing files with EverAttach. EverAttach adds a file-sharing menu to your ChatGPT composer. Upload files, reuse files from your personal library, and include temporary links in your message—all without switching between services to copy and paste links yourself. When ChatGPT’s native attachment allowance runs out, EverAttach gives you another way to share files through links and continue your conversation. Whether you are comparing reports, reviewing source code, discussing an email, or sharing an image, EverAttach keeps your files close to your conversation. UPLOAD, WRITE, SEND Choose “Upload new files” from the EverAttach menu, select your files, and write your prompt as usual. You can see the files and their upload status before sending. EverAttach includes their temporary links in your message and asks ChatGPT to open them for your request. REUSE YOUR FILES Your signed-in account has its own temporary file library. Find an active file and add it to another conversation without uploading it again. Reusing a file keeps its original expiry; it does not extend how long the file remains available. CLEAR FILE CARDS See selected files beside your prompt, inspect a preview of the message with links, and remove a file before sending. Shared files appear as tidy cards in your conversation, with a way to open the file or view the link details. MANAGE YOUR FILES Search your library, copy a file link, and delete a file early. Deleting a file ends access to its links, including links you have already sent. Existing chat messages may still contain those links. CHOOSE WHEN FILES EXPIRE Choose a default expiry for new uploads: 10 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, or 24 hours. You can also choose a custom duration within the supported range of 10 minutes to 24 hours. Existing files keep their original expiry when you change the default. SIGN IN TO YOUR OWN LIBRARY Sign in with Google or email to access your account’s library. EverAttach integrates into ChatGPT’s composer and supports both Free and paid ChatGPT account layouts. FILES FOR EVERYDAY WORK Share common documents and PDFs, images, spreadsheets and CSV data, source codes, and other supported text formats. Supported archives, audio and video can also be shared as links. Upload support does not guarantee that ChatGPT can interpret every file format. Executable formats such as EXE and DLL are excluded. HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Install EverAttach and sign in. 2. Open ChatGPT and select the EverAttach icon beside the composer controls. 3. Choose “Upload new files” or “Add from my library.” 4. Write your prompt, review your selected files, and send your message. IMPORTANT DETAILS • EverAttach shares files through temporary links. They are not native ChatGPT attachments. • EverAttach does not remove or change ChatGPT’s native upload limits, upgrade your plan, or guarantee unlimited uploads. • The current maximum is 25 MB per file, with a 2 GB upload allowance per account over a rolling 24-hour period. • File links expire within 24 hours, and you can delete a file sooner. • Anyone who has a file link can open it until it expires or is deleted. Your account library is private, but a shared link does not require sign-in to download its file. • ChatGPT’s ability to open a link and read its contents depends on its available tools, the file format, and the conversation. If it cannot read a file, it may need the contents pasted or uploaded directly. • This release supports ChatGPT. Other AI services are not supported yet. PRIVACY AND CONTROL EverAttach uploads the files you choose to its file-sharing service. Account information is used for sign-in and access to your library. Files are stored temporarily; access ends when a link expires or its file is deleted. Only share content you intend to make accessible through a link.
