Etsy Order Exporter & Manager (SupplierMafia)

Build a spreadsheet from the orders on your current Etsy Orders & shipping page, then manage fulfilment through your SupplierMafia workspace. Local downloads are free and do not need an account. Account sync and supplier tracking require approved Orders beta access. Export orders to Excel and CSV Create an order spreadsheet with the columns your workflow needs: order numbers, items, SKUs, quantities, delivery addresses, variations and personalisation. Choose all orders on the current page or only the orders selected on the website. Arrange your columns, choose Excel or CSV and download the file to your device. Each purchased item gets its own row. CSV files can also be opened in Google Sheets or Apple Numbers. Keep product variations with each item Include readable purchased options in the Variation column for supplier handoffs. Unreadable, conflicting or collapsed option evidence stops export and sync so you can check the original order. Fields that the page does not expose remain blank; check blank variation fields before sending a spreadsheet to a supplier. Order management for your suppliers Connect an approved SupplierMafia buyer account and choose a workspace and store for this browser profile. Sync the current page to your order dashboard, assign orders to suppliers and manage their fulfilment and shipment tracking on the website. Repeat imports update existing order numbers within the selected store. Secure connections across browser profiles Already signed in on the website? Generate a one-time connection code for another profile. Manual codes expire after 60 seconds; the target profile receives a 30-day credential scoped to the selected store. Review reported browser details, approximate network location and last use in Manage connected profiles, then revoke connections you do not recognise. Proxy or VPN use can change the apparent location. The profile manager does not poll in the background. Review tracking before completing orders on Etsy When a SupplierMafia shipment is dispatched and approved, choose Complete on Etsy and check the exact order numbers, carriers and tracking before confirming. Cancelling submits nothing. Sync alone does not complete an order. Failed or unconfirmed outcomes stop the batch. Getting started Open your seller-authorised Orders & shipping page, open the extension beside it and allow optional Etsy access when requested. Read the current page, choose your export fields and download. Sign in or use a connection code only when you want the account features. Beta access and limits This extension is for beta testing. Only existing SupplierMafia buyer accounts explicitly approved for Orders beta can connect; creating an account alone does not grant access. Paused access blocks saved connections. Chrome 116 or later is required. Current-page sync supports up to 100 orders. There is no automatic page traversal or split-shipment completion. Buyer-email capture requires an eligible connected workspace and current server authorisation; it is unavailable in free guest reads. Privacy and control Guest exports are generated locally. When you choose Sync orders, order, item, buyer and delivery information is sent to your selected workspace. Assigned suppliers receive the fulfilment information they need. Local extension storage holds column preferences and account/device credentials. Passwords are not saved by the extension. Read the linked privacy notice before processing buyer data.
