It surfaces, on the repair order you already have open: • Services due based on the vehicle's own maintenance records and prior job history • The customer's recent phone calls to our stores, with a short summary of each • Parts priced below our pricing matrix, flagged before the estimate is presented • Jobs missing their enhanced warranty fee, with one-click add Internal tool for ETF Auto locations. Requires a Tekmetric login.
