Edjobster Hiring Agent - AI Candidate Screening

Edjobster Hiring Agent puts your AI candidate screening one click from any tab. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See every job at a glance — applicant counts with a strong / marginal / weak score-band breakdown • Open a job to see applicants ranked by AI score band and triage in seconds • Read the full screening report per candidate — strengths, risks, missing must-haves, and a plain-language summary • Screen or re-screen an applicant in one click; the report is ready in about a minute • Review the pending queue of new applications awaiting a decision • Filter every view by source — email inbox, Zoho Recruit, or Google Sheets FAIR BY DESIGN Candidate names are replaced with initials before scoring, and age, gender, nationality, and photos are excluded from the rubric. AI scores are advisory — a starting point, not a decision. Final shortlisting is always yours.
