The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Eager Loader

When Chrome starts, sometimes it doesn't load all your background tabs right away. Then when you switch to those tabs, you have to wait for them to load. If you don't want to wait, install this extension. All your tabs will be loaded immediately when Chrome starts and they will appear instantly when you switch to them.
