The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Dwarfer GIF
Dwarfer GIF — Share GIFs in YouTube Comments
Browse, pick, and view GIFs directly inside YouTube comments — no external image links, no broken embeds.
How it works
When you open a YouTube comment box, a GIF button appears next to the emoji icon. Click it to search or browse trending GIFs powered by Giphy. Select one, and
a short dwarfer.link tag is inserted into your comment. Anyone else who has the extension installed will see the GIF rendered inline automatically.
Features
- GIF search and trending browser, powered by Giphy
- One-click insertion into YouTube comment boxes
- Inline GIF rendering for other extension users
- Sign in once with your Google account — no separate password needed
- Lightweight: only activates on youtube.com

The project is in open source: so feel free to check out it's sources: https://github.com/ipogodin/dwarfer-gif-extension
