The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Dump

This extension makes it easy to quickly fill an entire local/session storage realm for the current domain, for testing purposes. You can use it to test how your app or website handles not being able to save to local/session storage. It collects no user data.
