Connect Salesforce to DoubleTick and chat with your clients on WhatsApp without leaving Salesforce. DoubleTick Connector for Salesforce adds a "WhatsApp Chat" button to the action bar of any Salesforce Lightning record that has a Phone number. One click opens your DoubleTick conversation with that contact in a panel on the same page, so you can read the history, reply and see customer details while you work on the record. Open a record in Salesforce and click "WhatsApp Chat". PRIVACY Your API key is stored only in your browser. The record's phone number is sent only to DoubleTick, and only when you click the button.
