About Dontscroll

Break the doomscroll, with Dontscroll. You open Instagram out of habit. Suddenly, 40 minutes are gone. This extension helps you reclaim control by breaking images and videos on Instagram. Designed to work on Instagram, doesn't affect any other websites you visit. Systems should be designed to help you do what's important to you. When the feed isn't so hypnotic anymore, you might find yourself actually choosing what to do with your time.
