DocuProof Evidence Recorder

DocuProof Evidence Recorder helps authorized users collect meeting and website evidence for their DocuProof cases. For supported Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom meetings, the extension records the user-selected meeting tab—including video and tab audio—along with the user’s microphone. Recordings are securely uploaded for processing, transcription, storage, and inclusion in the selected case timeline. For website evidence, users can capture a selected HTTPS page as sanitized HTML, a full-page screenshot, an optional PDF, and limited technical metadata. Sensitive fields, cookies, authorization headers, request bodies, and other excluded data are not added to the evidence metadata. Users can review the sealed evidence package before approving its import. Capture begins only after an explicit user action. The extension does not monitor general browsing, inject advertisements, sell captured data, or use it for advertising. A DocuProof account and appropriate authorization to record or capture the selected content are required.
