Docmend: Client Feedback & E-Signatures for Google Docs™, PDF and Word

Docmend gets your documents reviewed and signed from one link. Open a document in the Docmend side panel and send a link. Your client opens it in any browser, selects text, leaves notes, or signs. They need no account and install nothing. Their notes come back to you as real comments on your document, and signed copies arrive by email. HOW IT STARTS Choose a file from your computer, use the Google Doc open in your tab, or paste a link to a shared file. GET FEEDBACK - Create a review link for your document - Reviewers highlight text and leave notes with just their name - Add their notes to your Google Doc as comments on the same text - For a PDF, download a copy with their notes saved as standard comments SEND FOR SIGNATURE - Tap where your client should sign, and add name and date boxes - Send by email or copy the link - Your client signs on a phone or laptop with no account - The signed copy, with a signing certificate, is emailed to both of you - See which requests are sent, opened and signed, and send reminders IMPORT NOTES FROM A MARKED-UP PDF - Drop in a PDF that someone has annotated in their PDF reader - Their highlights and notes are matched to the same words in your Doc - Review each note, then add them as comments with the reviewer’s name SEND AS WORD WITHOUT SURPRISES - A readiness score before you send a Doc as a Word file - Finds fonts that will be replaced, leftover comments, unresolved suggestions and oversized images - Downloads a fixed copy. Your Doc is not changed SAVE AS PDF WITH COMMENTS - The standard PDF download leaves comments out. A document is uploaded to Docmend’s server only when you create a review link or a signature request, so the other person can open it. You can delete it at any time. The AI features send only the notes or picture you choose to Docmend’s server, which passes them to an AI provider and keeps nothing. Converting an office document sends that file to Docmend’s server, which converts it and deletes it straight away.
