DM Hero: Instagram Outreach Assistant

DM Hero turns your Instagram inbox into a proper outreach workflow, built for sales teams, agencies, and solo creators working with high-ticket offers. Pair the extension with your DM Hero account at https://dmhero.ai to: • Centralize leads: tag them by niche, add notes, track status across campaigns • Build reusable templates with merge fields like {{name}} and {{niche}} • Design multi-step campaigns: first touch, follow-up 1, follow-up 2, breakup • Qualify conversations: automatic reply detection, status updates, snoozing • Measure what works: reply rate, conversion rate, per-template analytics The extension picks up your outreach queue from DM Hero and sends the prepared messages from your own Instagram account, using settings you control: • Daily message limit (start low, scale up as the account warms) • Quiet hours (no messages overnight, 22:00 to 07:00 by default) • Randomized pacing between messages (you set the shortest and longest wait) • Automatic pause on Instagram errors, rate limits, or sign-in prompts • Desktop notifications on completion, blocks, or issues Before each message it checks which Instagram account the tab is signed in to, and it sends only from the account the queue belongs to. If a different account is signed in, it pauses and nothing is sent. If Instagram finds no account for a contact, the extension moves on, searches once more later, and marks the contact "Not found" in DM Hero only if it is still missing. You stay in control the whole time: • Pause or stop the queue with one click • Review every template before it goes into a campaign • Before you click "Start queue", see every contact due today and the message each one will get in DM Hero's Today view, and skip any of them for today • Every message is logged back to DM Hero for transparent reporting • While Chrome is open, it sends your DM Hero account a short status report, up to once a minute: extension version, queue state and pause reason, and which Instagram account the open Instagram tab is signed in to OPTIONAL: FOLLOW TO DM (OFF BY DEFAULT) If you switch it on in the extension settings, the extension opens your own followers list in your Instagram tab and adds your newest followers (up to 60 at a time) to DM Hero. It does this when you click "Sync new followers now" in the popup. If you also turn on automatic mode in DM Hero, it can do this on its own, using your open Instagram tab or opening one in the background. WHAT THIS EXTENSION DOES NOT DO • It does not ask for or store your Instagram password. It uses the Instagram session you are already signed in to in Chrome • It sends data only to your own DM Hero account, never to third parties (see privacy policy) • It does not work without a DM Hero account on an active plan GETTING STARTED 1. Sign up at https://dmhero.ai and connect your Instagram Business account 2. Install this extension 3. Add a few leads and assign a template to a campaign step 4. Click "Start queue" in the extension popup. The extension switches to your Instagram tab and sends from there; keep that tab in front while the queue runs 5. Make sure you are signed in to Instagram in the same Chrome profile INSTAGRAM POLICY Use responsibly. Respect Instagram's terms of service and daily sending limits.
