Distraction Delay

Mindful Delay is a lightweight Chrome extension that introduces a gentle pause before opening distracting sites. Add domains to your list, choose a delay duration, and you’ll see a calming full‑page overlay until the timer completes—then the site unlocks for that tab. Privacy-first by design: - No tracking or analytics. - Fully local: all settings and behavior stay on your device. Transparent and inspectable: - The extension’s code is not minified, so you can easily explore and review it yourself. Perfect for building mindful browsing habits without sacrificing privacy or control.
