Dispatch Copilot

Dispatch Copilot is a booking copilot for freight dispatchers that works directly inside DAT One and Truckstop. Book loads faster by handling broker communication without ever leaving the load board. Send emails, manage conversations, switch between inboxes, and access load information from a single workflow. Contact brokers in one click directly from the load row. Email or call the broker, or copy the load details to your clipboard, without leaving the board. Every email is automatically organized into a conversation thread, making it easy to track replies and follow up on opportunities. Connect all of your Gmail and Outlook accounts in one place and choose the right sender for every load. Keep your team's communication organized without constantly switching between email accounts, tabs, or applications. Save time with reusable templates that automatically fill in load details and other relevant information. Create consistent outreach messages while reducing repetitive manual work. Dispatch Copilot also brings key load insights directly into DAT One and Truckstop, including route previews with deadhead miles, profit calculations, broker factoring and credit status, a full-screen load composer, document extraction, and conversation history, so the information you need is always where you're already working. Built for freight dispatchers who want to spend less time managing emails and more time booking loads.
