The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Discard Tab

Sleep unused tabs to save memory and boost performance. This is done manually if wanted. It’s not needed with new browser features that do this automatically. However, this gives power users control over when to discard a tab they don’t plan to use any time soon. Right click on any page to discard it.
