Disable Liking on Instagram

Ever accidentally liked a post while scrolling through Instagram? Liked something from years ago while researching someone? Triggered a like with a double-tap when you just meant to zoom in? Disable Liking on Instagram puts you back in control. Install it once and browse freely — no more anxiety, no more accidental likes. 🚫 Blocks the Like Button The heart button on every post is disabled at the CSS level the moment the page loads — before you can even accidentally click it. 👆 Stops Double-Tap Likes Instagram's double-tap-to-like gesture is completely neutralised. Tap photos and videos freely without triggering an accidental like, even as new posts load via infinite scroll. ⌨️ Blocks the Keyboard Shortcut Instagram's 'L' key shortcut for liking is intercepted and blocked. Power users who navigate by keyboard stay fully protected. Typing 'L' in comment boxes and input fields still works normally. 🔄 One-Click Toggle Need to like something? Click the extension icon in your toolbar and flip the switch. Likes are instantly re-enabled. Flip it back when you're done. Your preference is saved across browser sessions.
