DHL Invoice Assist

DHL Invoice Assist organizes exported DHL invoice documents into structured PDF packages, helping teams reduce manual sorting and prepare customer paperwork for printing or sharing. HOW IT WORKS Select your invoice PDFs or ZIP files. The extension identifies invoice references and shipment waybill numbers, then groups the supporting paperwork beneath the relevant invoice in shipment order. OPTIONAL ETA DOCUMENTS Add ETA tax invoice PDFs separately when available. These documents are matched using the invoice reference. ETA documents are optional. EXPORT OPTIONS • One combined master PDF. • A ZIP containing separate customer PDFs, named by customer. • Each customer PDF groups that customer's invoices and supporting documents. DOCUMENT PRESERVATION Original pages are preserved without visual edits. Pages that cannot be matched automatically are retained in the export rather than silently discarded. LOCAL PROCESSING PDF reading, OCR and document organization run locally in your browser. Selected documents are not uploaded to the developer or an external processing service. A local reading cache helps speed up repeat processing and can be cleared from the extension. LANGUAGES English, Arabic, French, German and Spanish.
