The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About DevOps PR Tools

This extension adds some extra utilities to Azure DevOps pull request pages. Features: - Adds an 'Open' button to branch links which allows you to open the repo/branch in VSCode. - Adds an extra 'Edit description' button to the header so that it's always visible without scrolling to the top of the page.
