DesignFiles Product Clipper

Save products from any retailer's website straight into your DesignFiles account — no more copying and pasting product details by hand. DesignFiles Product Clipper opens in a side panel next to the product page you're browsing. One click on Autofill reads the page and fills in the product's details for you. Review them, adjust anything you like, and save the product to your DesignFiles library or directly to a project, ready to use in mood boards, proposals, invoices and tear sheets. FEATURES • Autofill from any retailer — the product name, vendor, price, SKU, dimensions, materials and finishes, description and images are filled in from the page you're viewing. Works across furniture, lighting, decor and materials sites. • Choose your images — pick which product images to save, or use the Image Picker to grab any image directly from the page. • Pick from page — click any text on the page to drop it into a field. • Screenshot — capture any area of the page as a product image. • Pricing built in — enter unit price, MSRP, markup and client price, plus estimated shipping cost and lead time. • Organize as you save — add a category, tags, a client-facing product name and internal notes. • Save to your library or a project — choose where each product goes before you save it. • Stays open while you browse — the side panel follows you from tab to tab, so you can clip product after product without starting over. GETTING STARTED 1. Install the extension. 2. Sign in to your DesignFiles account at designfiles.co. The extension connects automatically. 3. Open any product page, click the DesignFiles icon in your toolbar, and click Autofill. A DesignFiles account is required. Don't have one yet? Start a free trial at designfiles.co. PRIVACY The extension reads a page only when you ask it to: when you click Autofill, use a picker, or take a screenshot. It doesn't track your browsing and never runs in the background on the sites you visit.
