About DermLog: ACGME Case Batch Entry

UPDATE 2.0: Major changes to UI to match the upcoming iOS app! No functionality has been lost but the appearance of the app is significantly improved and now you can use the same system across all of your devices! DermLog turns logging ACGME cases from a slow, one-at-a-time chore into a batch job you control from start to finish. HOW IT WORKS Keep a running list of your cases however's easiest, a note on your phone that syncs to your computer works great. When you're ready to log a batch: - Paste your shorthand log (date, attending, CPT codes) and DermLog parses every case automatically. Codes ACGME splits across multiple unrelated case types (like 17999, which covers Botox and four different laser procedures) are matched correctly, never guessed. - Don't remember a code? Use the Case Builder instead: search by name, or pick a body site and size and it looks up the exact ACGME code for you. No CPT memorization required. It covers every dermatology case-log procedure type, pulled directly from ACGME's own code list. - Review the full queue in one place before anything happens. - Send it to the real ACGME Case Log page. DermLog fills in every field including date, attending, role, patient type, lesion ID, CPT codes, and verifies each code was actually added. YOU ARE ALWAYS THE ONE WHO SUBMITS ACGME's case entry form has no draft or staging step; clicking Submit writes an immediate, permanent record with no undo. Because of that, DermLog never clicks Submit for you. It fills the form and hands control back to you, every single case, so you can double-check before it becomes part of your official record. WHAT'S INSIDE - Log Entry: paste-and-parse, with a built-in example and an auto-tracking system so you never need to mark what's already been logged - Case Builder: build a case through menus: a universal search box, a guided size/site picker for excision, repair, flaps, grafts, vascular laser and fillers, plus a browse list for everything else (Mohs, nail procedures, laser types, and more) - Review: one shared queue from both inputs, editable before you send it - FAQ: the full reference, built into the extension Light and dark mode, a calendar date picker, and nothing ever leaves your browser except a request to ACGME's own site when you choose to send it. Built by a dermatology resident, for dermatology residents.
