Click once and Demo Data replaces names, user IDs, emails, phone numbers and dollar, pound or euro amounts on the page with realistic fake ones. Nothing is blurred or blacked out, so your audience sees a clean, normal-looking screen. Made for people who demo live: trainers, sales reps, customer success and support teams, and anyone who walks others through reports or dashboards. HOW IT WORKS Finds names, IDs, emails and phone numbers in table columns by their headers, and finds emails, phone numbers and currency amounts anywhere on the page. Keeps each row consistent: the user ID and email match the fake name beside them. Scales all amounts by the same factor, so totals still add up. Keeps formatting, so layouts don't shift. Keeps working when you switch between reports or pages without a full reload. Missed something? Use "Click text to hide it" to mark any field. Your marks are remembered for that site.
